Yes, you must return freebie along with the product.
How do returns work?
You can request for a return by clicking the 'Return' button against the item you want to return. You can avail this option within 15 days of the delivery of the item.
After you raise a Return request, you will be notified with an e-mail and/or SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be approved automatically, or you may be contacted for additional details.
The Return policy is applicable only for the eligible products.
Why I am unable to click the 'Cancel' button?
A greyed out and disabled 'Cancel' button means - the item has been delivered already, or the item is non-refundable, or the time has expired to cancel the item.
What should I do if I have an issue with my product after expiry of the return period?
You can get in touch with the authorized service centre of the brand to claim the warranty for your product.
What are the checks done for an item that I am returning?
For any products for which a refund option is available, the refund will be processed only after the returned product has been received by the seller.
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

How much time does it take to process my refund?
For orders cancelled before shipping, refunds are processed immediately.
For order cancelled after shipping, refund will be processed as soon as the courier service provider confirms the return of the items.
We process refunds within 7 working days.
How can I get the refund amount?
The amount is refunded to the payment mode that was originally used to pay for the order.
I ordered a wrong item. Can I return it?
No, the return policy cannot accept this.
If you think you ordered a wrong item, it is good to cancel the order before shipment to get your money back instantly.
What should I do if the package is open or tampered on delivery?
Due to any reasons if you find the package is open or tampered, it is wise to reject the delivery with proper reason and notify us immediately.
If you reject, you will be delivered the same ordered item at the earliest.
If you accept, Return policy will not be applicable. Only product warranty is applicable.
Can I change the address for the pick-up item(s) in my order?
If the pick-up service is available to the new address, you can enter the new address while applying for return.
If the pick-up service is not available, you cannot change the address.
What is the pickup process?
Once your return request is accepted, the pickup of the originally delivered product will be scheduled. An SMS will be sent to you on the day of the pickup.
In cases where pickup service is not available from the courier service providers at your location, you will receive an e-mail asking to ship the item back to the seller within 30 days of the delivery date.
I have requested for a return. When will it happen?
When you requested for return, you will also receive an email & SMS with the details of your return. The pick-up status and refund status can be viewed from your account.
I've still not received the refund in my bank account. Why?
If you receive an e-mail from us confirming your refund request, it means that the refund has been initiated. It will take 7 working days to refund the money.
In the rare event of the amount not being credited by the date promised, you can contact us as we will work with the bank to get it done.
What are the refund timelines if I cancel or return a product?
All refunds are settled within 7 working days.
How long does it take to cancel an order?
The cancellation of an order can be completed before the item is shipped. The cancellation takes few moments to complete the transaction.
